About the Role
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across a variety of operational, professional, and business support functions. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building candidate pipelines, and excels at keeping hiring processes moving efficiently from start to finish.
The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to execute established recruiting strategies, maintain strong candidate flow, and deliver a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a consistent and compliant hiring process.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively while maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Recruiting experience within financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, customer service, or professional-level positions.
